At KWS Berlin GmbH we are looking for an Expert HR Systems & Data Management (m/f/d) to strengthen our Global HR Expert Hub. In this role, you will contribute deep functional and technical expertise across HR systems, organizational management, and HR data processes. You will play a key role in ensuring globally harmonized, compliant, and efficient HR system landscapes while supporting continuous improvement and global HR projects. This is a full‑time (38 hrs) temporary (1,5 years) position for maternity leave located in Berlin.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute expert knowledge to global HR systems and data management concepts
• Translate HR concepts into technical system solutions and operational data processes
• Drive global standardization and harmonization of HR systems and job architecture
• Maintain global policies, standards, and frameworks
• Coordinate global HR IT projects, rollouts, testing, and releases
• Act as interface between HR, IT, and Global Transaction Center
• Provide technical support and continuous process improvements

Your Profile

• Academic degree in Business Administration, Organizational Management, or related field
• More than 5 years of experience in HR systems and data management
• Strong experience with SAP HCM and SuccessFactors
• High IT affinity and analytical mindset
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
