Expert in Floating System Design

Responsibilities

• Lead the technological R&D and design of floating wind turbine systems.
• Lead the research and resolution of key technologies in the design of floating wind turbine systems (including wind turbines, floating bodies, mooring systems, etc.).
• Lead the research and resolution of key technologies for the integrated design of floating wind turbines.
• Provide technical support for domestic and overseas projects.
• Participate in the development of integrated load analysis and calculation software.

Qualifications

• Majors in Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering, Design and Manufacturing of Ocean Structures, Wind Energy and Power Engineering, etc. A master's degree or above is preferred.
• Have 5 years or more of experience in floating wind turbine design, floating body structure design or offshore engineering structure analysis. Experience in floating wind turbine system design is preferred. Be familiar with the design of semi-submersible and tension-leg floating wind turbine systems.
• Proficient in using hydrodynamic analysis software such as HydroD, AQWA, SESAM, Orcaflex, etc., with the ability to conduct independent analysis.
• Thoroughly understand the floating body structure design codes of classification societies such as DNV, ABS and CCS, and master the core methods of integrated coupling between floating wind turbines and floating body design. Be familiar with specifications including IEC 61400-3 Marine Wind Turbines - Part 3: Design Requirements and DNV-ST-0119. Proficiency in software such as DNV Bladed and HAWC2 is a significant plus.
• Possess strong systematic thinking, and be able to understand the technical logic of each subsystem of floating wind turbines and conduct cross-subsystem communication.
• Have proficient English reading, writing, listening and speaking skills.
