Tasks

• Administrative operation and configuration of the LeanIX platform
• User administration, role management and onboarding of new LeanIX users
• Maintenance, quality assurance and further development of enterprise architecture artefacts and attributes
• Support in documenting and structuring DACHSER’s application and technology landscape
• Coordination, test and introduction of platform releases and communication of new functionalities
• Preparation and support of workshops, trainings and governance meetings
• Administrative support of enterprise architecture governance and review processes

Qualifications

• Completed education or degree in IT, business informatics, information systems or a comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in IT administration, platform operations or enterprise systems, experience with leanIX is a plus
• Very good organizational skills and a structured, reliable working style
• Strong affinity for data quality, documentation and transparency
• Basic understanding of IT landscapes, applications and interfaces
• High service orientation and ability to work closely with business and IT stakeholders
• Good written and spoken English (German is an advantage)
