Expert Real Estate Finance (d/f/m)

Responsibilities

• Lead financial controlling and risk monitoring as finance expert for real estate.
• Prepare and evaluate business cases (DCF) to support real estate projects and investment decisions.
• Prepare and steer the real estate investment planning process.
• Develop, improve and implement governance, processes and tools for real estate controlling and data management.
• Support internal stakeholders and committees with decision‑relevant analyses and reporting.
• Steer assigned special projects as a reliable, competent, and results‑oriented business partner.
• Collaborate with an international team of experts and in an intercultural environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in studies of real estate with focus in controlling, finance and/or accounting, or business administration with professional experience in real estate.
• Ideally 3-5 years of relevant finance / controlling experience in real estate environment, preferably within a corporate context.
• Excellent knowledge level of Excel, Power Point and affinity to related software and Power BI is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills paired with analytical and strategic thinking, solution‑oriented mindset and diligent work approach.
• Strong interest in driving the adoption and further development of AI‑ and data‑driven solutions within real estate finance.
• Strong proficiency in English, fluency in German preferred.
