Deine Aufgaben :

• Bearbeitung rechtlicher Anfragen (z.B. Betrug, Urheberrecht, Datenschutz, Verleumdung)
• Einhaltung von Richtlinien und Gesetzen prüfen
• Dokumentation und Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teams
• Aktuell bleiben zu Richtlinienänderungen
• Arbeitszeit : Montag bis Freitag, 9 : 0018 : 00 Uhr

Dein Profil :

• Deutsch (C1+) und Englisch (C1)
• Grundkenntnisse in KPIs (FCR, SLA, CSAT)
• Analytisches Denken und Genauigkeit
• Erste Erfahrung in Content Moderation (bis zu 12 Monate) von Vorteil
• EU-Pass oder portugiesische Aufenthaltsgenehmigung

Your Responsibilities :

• Review legal requests linked to fraud, copyright, privacy, and defamation.
• Ensure compliance with guidelines and local laws.
• Maintain documentation and support cross-functional collaboration.
• Stay updated on policy changes.
• Work Monday-Friday, 9 : 0018 : 00.

What You Need :

• German (C1+) and English (C1)
• Basic knowledge of metrics (FCR, SLA, CSAT)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Up to 12 months of experience in content moderation is a plus
• EU passport or Portuguese residence permit
