Facility Coordinator

Overview

We are hiring a Facility Coordinator to support daily building operations, HSE activities, and technical facility management within an international, future-oriented organisation.

This role is ideal for someone hands-on, structured, and comfortable coordinating people, systems, and service providers.

Facility Coordinator (m/f/d) – Germany | Full Time | 40h contract

Your Mission

• Ensure smooth day-to-day facility operations in line with safety, environmental, and quality standards
• Support HSE activities , including fire prevention, emergency management, and evacuation tests
• Coordinate technical systems, preventive maintenance, and corrective actions
• Supervise on-site service providers and external contractors
• Drive continuous improvement in safety, efficiency, and asset performance
• Support building security procedures and participate in security audits
• Assist with low-carbon initiatives such as energy monitoring and photovoltaic systems

Your Skills & Qualifications

• Technical or commercial training, or equivalent qualification
• Initial experience in facility management, HSE, building operations, or vendor management
• Solution-oriented, organised, and comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders
• Confident using Office 365 ; experience with FM, maintenance, or ERP systems is a plus
• Fluent in German and English , written and spoken
