As the central figure ensuring every detail of the cabin experience meets the impeccable standards our clients expect, you will handle pre‑flight preparation, in‑flight hosting, and post‑flight follow‑through, anticipate needs and deliver with quiet confidence. Your Core Responsibilities Will Include

Act as the primary host and point of contact for cabin services, ensuring a personalized and flawless travel experience for every passenger.
Uphold the highest standards of safety, security, and operational procedures with unwavering attention to detail.
Manage all aspects of cabin preparation, including gourmet catering presentation, premium bar service, and amenity coordination.
Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills to handle dynamic schedules, last‑minute changes, and international logistics with poise.
Represent the FAI brand with professional elegance, diplomatic sensitivity, and a genuine passion for exemplary hospitality.

You Are an Ideal Candidate If You Possess

Fluency in English (additional languages a valued asset).
A strong sense of personal responsibility, innate initiative, and superb organizational capabilities.
A structured, proactive work ethic with an unwavering commitment to quality in every task.
High flexibility and genuine enthusiasm for worldwide travel assignments on varied schedules.
Minimum one year’s experience as a Flight Attendant in General Aviation (private/charter) or substantial long‑haul commercial airline experience, ideally Business or First Class. Eligible equivalents include 5‑star hotel or yacht hospitality training.
An impeccably professional appearance, warm yet discreet demeanor, and outstanding interpersonal manners.
A valid EU work permit and age 21 or older.
