As part of our German expansion, we are launching a Pop‑Up Store in Munich to connect directly with collectors and fans, offering exclusive trading cards, authentic memorabilia, and merchandise from leading sports leagues . The store is a premium destination and community hub, providing an immersive brand experience.

Your Responsibilities

As Assistant Store Manager , you will support the Store Manager in delivering strong sales performance, team leadership, and day‑to‑day store operations .

• Support the leadership and development of the store team through coaching, feedback, and on‑floor guidance
• Assist in monitoring sales performance, KPIs, and daily results to drive store targets
• Deliver an engaging customer experience through strong product knowledge and brand storytelling
• Help maintain high standards of customer service, visual merchandising, and store presentation
• Support daily operations including stock control, merchandise management, and operational procedures

Your Profile

• Passion or interest in trading cards, collectibles, or sports memorabilia
• Experience in a supervisory or retail leadership role (retail preferred)
• Commercial awareness and comfort working with sales targets and KPIs
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
• Structured and hands‑on approach to store operations

Language Requirement

English – Proficient (mandatory)

Interviews will be conducted in English.
