FANATICS is a global market leader in licensed sports merchandise, trading cards, and collectibles. As part of our German expansion, we are opening a Pop-Up Store in Munich to strengthen brand awareness following the success of our global flagship store.

This store will serve as a destination for collectors and fans, offering exclusive trading cards, authentic sports memorabilia, and merchandise from the world’s biggest leagues. It is more than just a retail location; it is a community hub and an immersive brand experience.

Your Responsibilities

As a Retail Sales Assistant (m/f/d), you will contribute to the daily operations of the Pop-Up Store and ensure a superior customer experience while promoting the Fanatics brand.

Key responsibilities include:

Customer Engagement & Brand Promotion

• Actively promote the Fanatics brand and its product range

• Create a welcoming and vibrant in-store atmosphere for collectors and fans

• Educate customers about trading cards and collectibles, including product features, benefits, and market trends

Sales & Performance

• Convert customer curiosity into sales through informative and engaging interactions

• Support the achievement of daily and weekly sales targets

• Encourage repeat visits and brand loyalty through excellent service

Product Knowledge

• Develop expertise in trading cards, collectibles, and sports merchandise

• Stay informed about market trends and communicate this knowledge to customers

• Share insights with colleagues to strengthen overall team knowledge

Teamwork & Store Operations

• Work collaboratively within the store team, contributing positively to the store environment

• Support store operations, including merchandising and stock management

• Participate in store events, promotions, and brand activations

Your Profile

• Passion or affinity for trading cards, collectibles, and sports culture

• Genuine interest or passion for trading cards, collectibles, and sports memorabilia

• Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced or brand-focused environment

• Results-oriented mindset with motivation to meet and exceed sales targets

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

• Willingness to learn and develop product expertise quickly

Language Requirements

• English – Basic (mandatory)
