As part of our German expansion, we are launching a Pop-Up Store in Munich to connect directly with collectors and fans, offering exclusive trading cards, authentic memorabilia, and merchandise from leading sports leagues . The store is a premium destination and community hub, providing an immersive brand experience.

Your Responsibilities

As a Retail Sales Assistant , you will help deliver a premium customer experience while supporting daily store operations and promoting the FANATICS brand.

• Engage with customers, providing product knowledge, guidance, and brand storytelling to convert curiosity into sales
• Support daily and weekly sales targets and encourage repeat visits through excellent service
• Build expertise in trading cards, collectibles, and sports merchandise, sharing knowledge with colleagues
• Assist in store operations, including merchandising, stock management, and participation in events or promotions
• Contribute to a welcoming, vibrant, and professional store environment

Your Profile

• Passion or interest in trading cards, collectibles, or sports culture
• Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced or brand-focused environment
• Results-oriented with motivation to meet or exceed sales targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented and collaborative, with a proactive approach
• Willingness to learn and develop product expertise quickly

Language Requirement

English – Basic (mandatory)

Interviews will be conducted in English.
