FANATICS is a global market leader in licensed sports merchandise, trading cards, and collectibles. As part of our strategic expansion into the German market, we are opening a Pop-Up Store in Munich as the first step in establishing our retail presence in Germany.

The Pop-Up Store represents a key brand activation initiative and is designed to strengthen brand awareness following the success of our global flagship concept. This location will serve as a destination store for collectors, sports enthusiasts, and fans.

The store will offer exclusive trading cards, authentic sports memorabilia, and merchandise from the world’s leading leagues. It is not only a retail space but a brand experience and community hub for the collecting ecosystem.

Your Responsibilities

As Retail Supervisor (m/f/d), you will support the operational management of the Pop-Up Store and ensure excellent commercial performance and customer experience standards.

Your key areas of responsibility include:

Team Leadership & Operational Excellence

• Professional guidance, motivation, and daily coordination of the store team
• Ensuring structured store operations in line with company standards
• On-the-job coaching and continuous development of team members
• Acting as a role model in service behaviour and brand representation

Sales & KPI Management

• Responsibility for achieving daily and weekly sales targets
• Active monitoring of KPIs (conversion rate, UPT, ATV, etc.)
• Performance analysis and implementation of appropriate sales-driving measures
• Ensuring high levels of product knowledge within the team

Customer Experience & Brand Representation

• Creating an engaging and immersive retail experience
• Building long-term customer loyalty within the collecting community
• Supporting brand storytelling and product education
• Converting customer curiosity into measurable sales performance

Store Operations

• Supporting stock management and merchandise presentation
• Ensuring compliance with visual merchandising guidelines
• Supporting inventory processes and operational procedures

Your Profile

• Passion or affinity for trading cards, collectibles, and sports culture
• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial retail position (industry open; sports, collectibles, fashion, or lifestyle advantageous)
• Strong commercial mindset with experience working towards KPIs and sales targets
• High level of customer orientation (ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung)
• Strong communication skills and confident presence on the sales floor
• Structured working style with hands‑on mentality
• Team-oriented mindset with strong motivational skills

Language Requirements

• English – Proficient (mandatory; interviews conducted in English)
