FANATICS is a global leader in licensed sports merchandise, trading cards, and collectibles. As part of our German expansion, we are launching a Pop‑Up Store in Munich to connect directly with collectors and fans, offering exclusive trading cards, authentic memorabilia, and merchandise from leading sports leagues. The store is a premium destination and community hub, providing an immersive brand experience.

Your Responsibilities

• Support the day‑to‑day management and motivation of the store team, providing coaching and acting as a role model for service and brand standards.
• Monitor sales performance and KPIs, analysing results and implementing actions to drive team performance.
• Assist in store operations, including stock control, merchandising, inventory processes, and operational procedures.
• Support brand storytelling and customer engagement to build loyalty within the collecting community.

Your Profile

• Passion or interest in trading cards, collectibles, or sports culture.
• Experience in a supervisory or retail leadership role (any retail sector, sports/collectibles preferred).
• Commercially aware and comfortable working toward KPIs and sales targets.
• Customer‑focused with strong communication skills and confident on the shop floor.
• Team‑oriented with the ability to motivate and support colleagues.

Language Requirement

English – Advanced Beginner (mandatory). Interviews will be conducted in English.
