Feed Additive APAC Sales Manager

Stellenbeschreibung:

Responsible for Asia Pacific sales of Feed Additive & Animal health related product directly to key accounts, through local sales representative and Distributors/Agents for Asia Pacific including India & Subcontinental. Develop business plan, implement sales execution & strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure sales target for the responsible in the application/Business Group in the Asia Pacific key accounts.
  • Execute implementation strategy to regional/global key accounts.
  • Preparing sales budget & control.
  • Manage sales through Distributors & Agents, collecting data, sales budget, margin & product portfolio management.
  • Contribute on collecting & maintaining marketing, competitor, key accounts data.
  • Responsible for updated Distributor/Agents DD & Agreements collaborate with compliance & legal.
  • Analyse unmet needs & initiate innovation project: solution/product to be developed.
  • Filled Opportunity sales pipeline.
  • Updated CRM interaction.

Lead indirect team

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholder CSD, SCM, Application Development, Operation to ensure customer requirement fulfilled.
  • Lead innovation sales project as project leader, manage stakeholders, timeline, and commercialization.
  • Collaboration with other segment within Adsorbents APAC, Global & other BU.
  • Coordinate with other Region for global key account/Distributor.

Requirements

  • Degree in Science, Biology, Master Degree preferred.
