Role Summary As a Field Service Engineer at Pylontech, you will be instrumental in ensuring the successful deployment, operation, and maintenance of our cutting-edge BESS and inverter technologies. Your expertise will directly contribute to the seamless integration of our solutions, enhancing customer satisfaction and supporting the global transition to sustainable energy.

Key Responsibilities On-Site Technical Support:

Lead the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of Pylontech's BESS and inverter systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.​ Troubleshooting & Diagnostics:

Identify and resolve technical issues promptly, leveraging your in-depth knowledge of energy storage technologies.​ Customer Engagement:

Serve as the primary on-site liaison, providing training and support to customers, and ensuring their needs are met effectively.​ Service Solutions:

Conduct site acceptance tests, perform repairs and upgrades, and maintain comprehensive service documentation.​ Continuous Improvement:

Collect and report customer feedback to inform product enhancements and service strategies.​

Qualifications & Skills Educational Background:

Degree or certification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.​ Industry Experience:

Proven experience in the PV inverter and energy storage system industry, with a strong understanding of BESS technologies.​ Technical Expertise:

Hands-on experience with inverter systems and BESS, including troubleshooting and system integration.​ Customer Focus:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.​ Language Proficiency:

Fluency in English and German; proficiency in additional European languages is advantageous.​ Travel & Licensing:

Willingness to travel frequently; possession of a valid driving license.​
