As a

Field Application Engineer

your responsibilities will include:

Market Strategy & Positioning : Develop & implement go-to-market strategies to strengthen the company’s position in the antenna industry. Customer & Partner Collaboration : Engage with mobile network operators, internal teams, & external partners to identify needs, create solutions, & drive adoption. Industry Insights & Product Development : Analyze market trends & customer requirements to guide product roadmaps & ensure competitive offerings. Technical Solution Promotion : Support sales teams by presenting antenna technologies, addressing technical concerns, & identifying innovation opportunities. Standardization & Industry Involvement : Contribute to shaping industry standards & positioning the company as a leader in the field. Global Business Expansion : Build & nurture long-term partnerships, supporting international growth initiatives.

As a

Field Application Engineers

your skills will include:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, ideally with a specialization in RF or electromagnetics Experience in technical sales, marketing, or business development within the antenna , RF or telecommunications industry Strong understanding of mobile network operator needs & industry trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, & relationship-building skills Experience managing international projects & coordinating with global teams. Proactive, self-motivated, & results-oriented mindset Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus Willingness to travel internationally (up to 30%)
