Stellenbeschreibung:

1. Clinical trial support: Responsible for managing clinical trial projects locally in Germany to ensure the smooth progress of the trial.

2. Clinical trial supervision and training: According to the International Clinical Trial Management Standard (ICH-GCP), train and supervise the conduct of clinical investigations to ensure that all clinical studies follow the highest ethical and compliance standards.

3. XFN Collaboration: Work closely with XFN teams such as Clinical, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Project Management to ensure that all aspects of the trial are executed according to the predetermined plan and standards.

4. Data Analysis and Reporting: Participate in the collection, organization, and analysis of trial data, provide reports and suggestions to relevant teams in a timely manner, and help optimize the design and execution of clinical trials.

5. Customer and on-site support: Provide technical support and training to clinical trial sites to ensure that clinical staff are proficient in equipment usage and operation procedures.

6. Market survey and trend analysis: Focus on and analyze the latest technology and market trends in this field, and provide support for the company's product improvement and new product development.

Job requirements:

1. Language ability: Fluent in English and German, able to communicate effectively with teams and clients with different language backgrounds. Colleagues who can speak Hindi will be given priority.

2. Academic background: Hold a degree in audiology or a related biomedical field, with clinical support work experience.

3. Clinical experience: At least 3 years of work experience in clinical research or medical equipment field, with practical experience in clinical research execution and equipment debugging.

4. Technical ability: Familiar with the operation process and relevant regulations of clinical trials, able to use common technical tools and software in clinical research, and understand the management and analysis methods of clinical trial data.
