Reshape How We Win in the Independent Software Vendors (ISV) Ecosystem

At Nexi , we’re transforming how payment solutions integrate into the software that powers businesses across Europe. As part of our ISV Sales team , you’ll drive the next phase of growth in the Integrated Software Vendor space, bringing innovative solutions directly to merchants.

This role is about getting close to small businesses, helping them understand how our partnerships can accelerate growth, and guiding them through the full sales cycle. It’s perfect for a high‑energy, success‑driven software salesperson who thrives on face‑to‑face engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Orderbird products as the initial strategic focus (with additional ISV products added as the strategy scales).
  • Represent Nexi within the ISV ecosystem, becoming a trusted partner for software vendors.
  • Hunting (70-80%): Acquire new ISV customers and expand Nexi’s footprint.
  • Advisory & Support (20-30%): Act as a subject matter expert for Orderbird and future ISV products.
  • Share knowledge and coach sales colleagues on solution selling.
  • Join customer meetings and act as the single point of contact for product‑related queries.
  • Support Field Sales in closing leads generated for Orderbird.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within the ISV community.

New Business vs. Existing Clients

  • Priority: New customer acquisition.
  • Optional support: Campaigns targeting existing customers (e.g., upgrading low‑value accounts).

Typical Day & Work Structure

  • Independently generate leads (initially cold outreach within your assigned region).
  • Manage inbound leads as they develop.
  • Handle ISV‑relevant leads from Field Sales colleagues.
  • Serve as a specialist in joint customer meetings.
  • Coordinate regularly with Field Sales Team Leads and ISV management.
  • Prepare, position, and close ISV product offers.

  • Relationship Builder: Earn trust quickly and maintain mutually beneficial customer relationships.
  • Language: Fluent German.
  • Market Challenger: Comfortable competing and winning in a complex technical environment.
  • Software Sales Experience: Proven success in B2B software or SaaS sales.
  • Technical Fluency: Able to discuss integration requirements clearly and collaborate with internal technical teams.
