To grow and strengthen our presence in Baden-Württemberg, we are looking for a motivated Field Sales professional to take full ownership of the region.

Your responsibilities

• Strategically and operationally develop and manage the Baden-Württemberg sales territory
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers while acquiring new specialist retailers and partners
• Represent and present the brands through product training, events, and trade fairs
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Activation, and Trade Marketing teams
• Analyse market data, identify growth opportunities, and contribute local market insights
• Track performance against targets, KPIs, and market feedback

What you bring

• Residence in Baden-Württemberg and a strong desire to develop the local market
• Initial to solid experience in field sales, ideally within FMCG, premium products, or pet care
• Strong understanding of brick-and-mortar retail and the ability to integrate digital touchpoints
• Clear communicator with a high level of autonomy and ownership
• Analytical mindset combined with strong people skills
• Valid driver’s licence and confidence using modern digital tools
