In this critical role, you will be the first line of support, ensuring that our cutting-edge IoT platform—which merges high-tech hardware with intelligent SaaS—runs seamlessly for our clients across retail, transportation, and financial services.

The Impact You Will Make As the primary point of contact for technical assistance, you will balance technical troubleshooting with efficient coordination:

1st Line Support:

Assess, troubleshoot, and resolve incoming technical issues via phone, email, or tickets. Workflow Coordination:

Manage job allocations, assigning tasks to field engineers based on urgency and technical requirements. Service Excellence:

Monitor request statuses to ensure timely resolution and maintain accurate records in our service management system. Knowledge Sharing:

Help maintain technical documentation, FAQs, and resources to empower both staff and customers.

What You Bring to the Team We are looking for a communicative professional who thrives in fast-paced environments:

Experience:

A background in helpdesk, technical support, or service coordination is preferred. Language Skills:

Fluency in German is required , along with proficiency in

English

for collaboration within our international business network. Technical Savvy:

Familiarity with ticketing systems and strong analytical skills to solve complex problems efficiently. Mindset:
