We’re looking for an experienced Field Service Operations Lead to own and drive end-to-end regional service delivery across Workplace Services, Field Services, and Device-as-a-Service (DaaS). This is a highly visible, customer-facing role where you’ll work closely with global teams, partners, and senior stakeholders to ensure reliable, high-quality service delivery.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead regional delivery of Workplace, Field Services, and DaaS with full accountability for SLAs and KPIs
  • Own service performance, escalations, and customer satisfaction
  • Partner with global delivery, engineering, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Manage demand, transitions, and onboarding of new services and projects
  • Lead regional delivery teams and third-party service partners
  • Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and service quality
  • Run customer, vendor, and internal stakeholder governance reviews
  • Act as the senior escalation point during critical service-impacting incidents
  • Implement clear escalation frameworks to reduce repeat issues and improve stability

What you bring

  • Strong experience across EUC, Field Services, and DaaS delivery models
  • Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow and ITIL-based service management
  • Solid understanding of end-user device lifecycle management (laptops, desktops, mobile)
  • Proven ability to manage vendors, contracts, and partner performance
  • Excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
  • Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with senior customer stakeholders

Your background

  • 10+ years in IT service delivery
  • 5+ years in a service delivery or operations leadership role
  • Strong experience in customer-facing, SLA-driven environments
