Field Service Representative - Senior

Required qualifications:

• Previousexperience asaField Service Representative (FSR)or similar rolesupporting a DoD customer at the CCMDlevel
• Minimum of8years’experiencewith BS/BA OR 12 years without a degree OR 10 years with AS/AAor6years’ experiencewith MS/MA, or3years’ experiencewith PhD.

A current, active DoD security clearanceat the TS/SCI level

• US citizenship isrequired

• On-site expectations: Full-time on-site presencerequiredfor equipment management and asset tracking
• Travel:May require occasional travel to CONUS and OCONUS sites forlogisticscoordination and facility assessments

Specifically, we are looking for aTS/SCI clearedField Service Representative (FSR)- Seniorto support this mission In Stuttgart, Germany.

Responsibilities:

• Plans and leads field service operations for major C2ISR system installations, pre-deployments, deployments, and crew change-outs as member of CONUS-based global mobility/rapid deployment team, as outlined in PRDs and Peraton FSR Framework.
• Drives the strategic implementation of advanced setup, configuration, operational testing, and comprehensive troubleshooting methodologies for C2ISR systems and components (RF and networking equipment).
• Functions as a technical expert in optimizing teardown, packing, and shipping processes, including complex Return Material Authorization (RMA) procedures.
• Oversees the provision of on-site training to ensure comprehensive technological knowledge transfer to end-users on C2ISR system
