You’ll collaborate closely with customers during the warranty phase, serving as their primary point of contact. Internally, you’ll coordinate with cross‑functional teams including Field Service, Quality, Project Management, Sales, and Operations across the DACH region.
You’ll ensure smooth warranty execution and on‑time exits while maintaining high customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution. By analyzing field incidents and quality data, you’ll drive continuous improvements that enhance product reliability. Your coordination of warranty projects and retrofits will directly impact operational excellence and safety compliance across customer sites.
