Your responsibilities –here'swhere you can get involved!

• Disciplinary leadership of service technicians in the SKT area (service lifts, ladder and climbing protection systems) in teams of up to 30 employees (currently approx. 16

• You will provide guidance and leadership to service technicians, ensuring that all tasks are completed on schedule

• You will analyse KPIs and PPIs, derive measures to improve processes and outcomes, and keep organisational and departmental objectives in view

• You will carry out regular quality and employee audits, ensuring compliance with work instructions, standard times, and material usage

• You will make operational decisions together with Area Management based on regularly collected performance and process indicators

• You will identify training needs and ensure targeted employee development to sustainably build competencies

• Together with the service technicians, you will monitor their working time accounts and coordinate with planners to balance additional and reduced hours

• As a Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all safety regulations on site

Your profile – what makes you a great fit!

• You have completed vocational training inelectrotechnical, mechanical, or related field, or you have relevant experience in the wind industry

• You have already gained experience in leading employees and bring strong teamwork and conflict resolution skills

• You are willing to travel within Germany during the week; you will be back home at the weekend

• You are familiar with working with Microsoft and iOS operating systems and apps

• You are comfortable working at heights and canoperatesafely above ground level

• You have a driving licence, ideally class BE

• Very goodGerman and good English skills round off your profile
