Filialleiter / Store Manager (w/m/d)

YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO OUR JOINT SUCCESS

• As a branch manager, you lead and train your team to the company's success
• Together with your team, you ensure optimal customer service
• You are responsible for achieving the planned turnover
• You are responsible for complying with the safety measures in the shop
• You ensure optimal merchandise management and the clean look of your store
• Your team will win new customers with your help and you will maintain existing customer relationships
• You act as a role model and can motivate your team

WHAT SETS YOU APART

• Successfully completed basic commercial training in retail
• You have 1-2 years of professional experience as a retail manager
• Organizing, planning and communication skills are among your strengths
• You have a very good knowledge of German, any other language is an advantage
• You are fashion-conscious, creative and 100% sales- and customer-oriented
• Fashion is your great passion and you are enthusiastic about the latest trends
• You are proud of your well-groomed appearance
• In a fast-paced environment, you always remain calm and flexible
