Your mission

• Own and manageshipzero’sfinancial operations, fromday-to-day tasks tostrategic financial insights
• Prepareinvestor reports anddetailedfinancial analyses to supportstrategic decision-making,andboard discussions
• Collaborate closely with the CEOs, tax advisors andexternal partners to ensure compliance and smooth financial processes
• Enable tax accountants to createaudit-readymonthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuringtransparency and accuracy forallstakeholders
• Continuously improve bookkeeping, accounts payable,receivable,andcustomerinvoicing, with a strong focus on automation
• Actively contribute to company-wide KPI driven processes, creating analysis and coordinate action items
• Drive improvements infinancialstructures and processesto supportshipzero’sgrowth journey

Your profile

• Degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of professional experience in finance with a focus on strategic reporting, automation, and data-driven decision making (B2B SaaS experience is a plus)
• Strongunderstanding of financial statements, bookkeeping principles, and basic taxregulations
• Highsense of ownershipwith astructured, reliable, and hands-onapproach
• Analyticalmindsetwith the ability to translate numbers intoactionableinsights and recommendations
• Proficient inspreadsheets and financial tools; experience with accounting software is a plus
• Fluent in both German and English
