Finance Accounting Manager

Our headquarters is located in Seoul, South Korea, and our European subsidiary is located in Eschborn, Hesse, Germany.

Job Position

• Finance & Accounting Manager (On-site)

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements
• Manage external financial audits and support tax audits/inquiries from relevant authorities
• Coordinate and manage communication with local tax advisors and tax agents in other EU countries
• Oversee SAP-based accounting operations, including journal entry review/approval, and drive process improvement projects.
• Prepare P&L forecasts and analyze actual performance versus budget/forecast
• Communicate with HQ (Korea) and prepare regular management reports and ad-hoc analyses
• Provide support for general administrative tasks (e.g., HR coordination and office administration)

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in Europe/Germany
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in financial accounting and/or management accounting (controlling)
• Fluent in Korean & German (spoken and written)
• This is an on-site role based in our Eschborn office (no remote work)
• Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP (Preferred)
• Prior experience at an audit firm or in external audit (Preferred)
