Welche Aufgaben warten auf Dich als Finance & Administration Manager ?

• Vorbereitende Finanz- und Lohnbuchhaltung: Du verantwortest die eigenständige Vorbereitung der monatlichen Finanz- und Lohnbuchhaltung. Dabei stellst Du die Vollständigkeit und Ordnung aller relevanten Unterlagen sicher und übermittelst diese fristgerecht an unseren Steuerberater.
• Reporting & Controlling: Du erfasst und strukturierst unsere Finanzdaten für interne Auswertungen sowie dokumentierst Zahlungsströme und projektbezogene Ausgaben im Rahmen von Verwendungsnachweisen für unsere Förderpartner. Dabei arbeitest Du eng mit der Geschäftsleitung sowie den Projektverantwortlichen zusammen.
• Liquiditätsmanagement : Auch in gemeinnützigen Organisationen müssen Rechnungen bezahlt werden. Stelle sicher, dass alle Zahlungen rechtzeitig erfolgen.
• Prozessoptimierung im administrativen Bereich: Du unterstützt uns bei der Weiterentwicklung und Standardisierung unserer internen Abläufe, Tools und Dokumentationsstrukturen im administrativen Bereich, um Transparenz und Effizienz zu sichern.
• Administrative Unterstützung: Du scheust dich nicht über den Tellerrand zu schauen und übernimmst auch ausgewählte administrative Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft aus anderen Bereichen und trägst zu reibungslosen organisatorischen Abläufen im Team bei.

• Zahlenverständnis & digitale Kompetenz: Du arbeitest gerne mit Zahlen und verfügst über gute Excel-Kenntnisse. Der Umgang mit digitalen Tools fällt Dir leicht, idealerweise hast Du bereits Erfahrung mit Buchhaltungs- oder Controlling-Software.
• Sorgfalt & Verantwortungsbewusstsein: Du arbeitest strukturiert, präzise und zuverlässig. Fristen – z. B. für Mittelabrufe oder Abrechnungen – behältst Du sicher im Blick.
• Organisationstalent & Überblick: Du behältst auch bei mehreren Projekten und Budgets den Überblick, strukturierst Informationen klar und scheust Dich nicht vor administrativen Aufgaben oder detaillierten Auswertungen.
• Eigenständige Arbeitsweise & Teamspirit: Du arbeitest selbstorganisiert und lösungsorientiert, denkst mit und bringst Themen proaktiv voran. Gleichzeitig suchst Du den Austausch im Team, stellst Fragen, wenn nötig, und verstehst Zusammenarbeit als echten Mehrwert.
