Role Overview
We are seeking a
Finance & Administrative Manager (Part-Time)
to take ownership of our
bookkeeping, financial administration, and selected executive and HR-related administrative processes .
This is a
high-trust role
working directly with the founders and external tax advisors. You will ensure that our financial processes are structured, compliant, transparent, and scalable as the company grows.
The position requires a
high level of precision, discretion, and reliability , with a strong focus on clean documentation, process stability, and financial clarity.
Key Responsibilities
Preparatory bookkeeping (accounts payable and receivable) Invoice creation, invoice review, and payment processing Expense management and travel reimbursement coordination Digital document and receipt management Coordination with external tax advisors and payroll providers Preparation of monthly financial overviews and reporting summaries Maintenance and continuous improvement of internal financial processes Administrative support for the founders (e.g., scheduling, travel coordination, document preparation) HR-related administrative support (contract administration, personnel documentation, payroll coordination)
Required Qualifications
Completed commercial training or comparable qualification Several years of experience in
bookkeeping, finance, or back-office roles Experience with
DATEV or comparable accounting software Strong understanding of financial documentation standards and administrative processes High level of accuracy, reliability, and discretion Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style Fluency in German; English proficiency is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a
growing company or technology environment Familiarity with HR administration and payroll coordination Experience setting up or improving internal financial processes Basic understanding of compliance and documentation requirements in regulated industries
