Finance and Operations Lead

Overview

Finance & Operations Lead – SaaS Startup – Berlin Hybrid – up to €90,000

We’re working with a fast-growing AI-driven SaaS business building the next generation of marketing and service technology for German SMEs. As the company continues to scale, they are looking for a Finance & Operations Lead to take ownership of financial planning, reporting and internal process optimisation across the business.

Responsibilities

• Own financial planning, budgeting and forecasting for the business
• Create monthly reports, dashboards and financial analysis for leadership and investors
• Monitor KPIs, cash flow and liquidity planning
• Support investor reporting and board presentations
• Improve and automate internal finance processes (accounting, reporting, controlling)
• Work closely with external partners including tax advisors, auditors and banks

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in finance, controlling or financial planning
• Experience in a SaaS or technology environment is highly beneficial
• Understanding of SaaS pricing models and financial structures
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Mother tongue German and strong English
