In the area of "F&C EF Radar Consortium Mk1" we are looking for a
Finance & Commercial Associate Eurofighter Radar (m/f/d)
at the Ulm location as soon as possible.
The Eurofighter Program is a very complex military project in Europe. Multinational teams consisting of airborne- and electronic- experts are permanently working for keeping the aircraft in leading position. We undertook the lead of an international Consortium and the system responsibility to develop new Radar.
- Execution of the commercial topics of running offers, as well as preparation, presentation, and completion of the relevant commercial processes for internal approvals and negotiations, analysis, evaluation, and presentation of the commercial risks in the offer phase
- Coordination of special commercial issues with the relevant internal departments (e.g., calculating own costs for guarantees, foreign currency transactions, taxes, and customs duties)
- Participation and support in the commercial contract negotiations and implementation of the resulting contractual amendments or side letters to the contracts
- Monitoring of the fulfillment of the contractual requirements by consortium partners and subcontractors in close cooperation with the program manager
- Initiation of appropriate measures to secure HENSOLDT's claims and control of contract amendments
- Participation in the development of new standards and optimized processes as part of the preparation of offers
- Support in the implementation of strategic and business planning, forecasting and outlooks and the determination of operational targets for incoming Orders, Revenues, Margins and Cash-In

- Degree in business administration or comparable with broad financial background / understanding
- Several years of experience in Finance/Commercial/Sales/Marketing/Procurement

- Strong negotiation skills and very good communication skills
- High degree of initiative and willingness to work
- Fluency in German and English, knowledge of Spanish an advantage
The willingness to carry out business trips is assumed.
