Sub-Segment Finance Digital Change EMEA (m/f)
Position
The Finance Digital Change role will lead the finance digital transformation initiatives for the Sub‑Segment and be responsible for translating workflows into automated and enhanced solutions and overseeing transitions and continuous improvements. It involves implementing and optimizing finance systems, tools, and related processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall financial efficiency.
Collaborating with various teams to drive digital change, ensure smooth transitions, and support the adoption of existing and new technologies is very important in this role. The position is based at Dometic’s office in Emsdetten, Germany, and reports directly to the Sub‑Segment Finance Manager.
