About the Role

As the F&I Manager at Geely Auto Germany, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to Geely customers in Germany, while guiding them to select vehicle protection products that align with their needs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with German and international lenders to secure financing approvals.
• Ensure all vehicle purchase and related paperwork is completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with German regulatory requirements.
• Follow up on and collect all transaction receivables.
• Present all Geely vehicle protection products and their core benefits to customers.
• Provide professional advice to help customers select suitable protection packages.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with reputable lenders in Germany.
• Support customers throughout the entire financing process.
• Submit transaction applications to banks electronically using Geely Auto Germany’s authorized dealer management system.
• Accurately enter all transaction details into relevant systems, including ADP and bank approval platforms.
• Process all transaction paperwork meticulously, ensuring compliance with the requirements of Geely Auto Germany, local dealerships, and German federal/state vehicle registration authorities (Kraftfahrtbundesamt, KBA).
• Track transaction accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of all funds.
• Participate in all relevant store and regional meetings to align on business priorities.
• Collaborate closely with the Geely sales team and sales managers to ensure transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct courtesy follow-ups with customers regarding purchased products.
• Assist the sales team with customer engagement in the dealership during peak traffic periods.
• Obtain all necessary professional licenses and certifications required for F&I operations in Germany.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven F&I experience in the automotive dealership industry, with preference given to candidates with experience in the German automotive market.
• Prior automotive sales management experience is a valuable plus.
• A team-oriented professional with a strong focus on delivering exemplary customer service.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of achieving targeted F&I and customer service goals.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in German and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Solid working knowledge of computer systems, including dealership management software (preferably ADP) and Microsoft Office.
• A valid German driver’s license (Class B or higher) with an acceptable driving record.
• Legal right to work in Germany.
