And we’re looking for a Finance Operations - Payables Agent to join our team and embark on this journey with us.

What you will do:

• Contributing to the planning, organization, and execution of daily operations.
• Verifying and processing invoices from suppliers worldwide, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
• Maintaining strong relationships with the finance departments of suppliers and resolving payment-related queries.
• Assisting the Finance team with reconciling supplier payments and clarifying balances.
• Working closely with key stakeholders, such as the Back Office Team, to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Handling account clarifications and supporting process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Supporting additional projects, such as accounting assistance, financial clean-ups, and brainstorming for process optimization.

What will you need to be successful:

• You successfully obtained a Bachelor degree in a related field.
• You work accurately, conscientiously and with team spirit.
• You are comfortable with MS Office suite (especially Excel) and cloud based solutions such as Google sheets. Ideally, you have worked with Salesforce or a similar tool before.
• You are fluent in English. Fluency in other languages is a plus.
• You are an open-minded and flexible person who does not mind a good challenge.
• You have an eye for detail and a high standard for the quality of your work.
• You effectively prioritize various tasks without losing sight of deadlines.
• You have a background in tourism or are eager to learn more about this industry.
• And last but not least, a love for travel!
