Finance Specialist – Accounts Receivable & Payable (gn)

Stellenbeschreibung:

Independent handling of accounts receivable and payable
Reviewing, assigning accounts, and posting invoices (incoming and outgoing) in accordance with GoBD and internal guidelines, as well as applying the correct tax rates
Reconciling accounts and resolving open items
Assisting with monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)
Maintaining master data and assisting with the further development of internal processes
Working closely with internal departments and external partners

Business administration degree or equivalent qualification
Professional experience in financial accounting (accounts receivable/accounts payable/sales tax and withholding tax)
Hands‑on approach and team‑oriented mindset
Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic automation)
Experience with ERP systems , ideally Abacus (not required)
Enjoyment of optimizing processes
Excellent written and spoken German and English
Structured, reliable, and analytical approach to work
Commitment to quality and compliance
