Key Responsibilities
- Drive proactive sales conversations by engaging in outbound calls, handling inbound contact center inquiries, scheduling appointments, and actively engaging customers in the lobby with a goal of identifying sales opportunities and converting them into tangible outcomes.
- Maintain sound risk and compliance practices by ensuring the financial center operates within the parameters of applicable regulations and company policies and playing a key role in managing risk through sound judgment.
- Utilize the CRM system and other resources to foster relationship‑building conversations with customers, ensuring a consistent approach to new customer onboarding and expanding existing relationships, and advance personal knowledge of sales techniques while developing team members’ CRM knowledge and adoption.
- Contribute to team building and performance excellence in the financial center by collaborating closely with the Financial Center Manager to assist in building and nurturing a high‑performing team, including participation in the selection of top talent, facilitating seamless onboarding, providing ongoing coaching, and managing performance to achieve optimal results.
- Actively participate in off‑site networking events and community initiatives that will bolster our brand presence and strengthen ties within the local community, driving business growth opportunities.
Additional Responsibilities
- May serve as a Notary Public for the financial center.
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Business or a relevant field (Preferred).
Experience
- 3 or more years of related business or sales experience (Required).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- 1 or more years of supervisory or team‑leader experience (Preferred).
- Proactive and result‑oriented (Required).
- Highly collaborative with Fulton partners and other team members (Required).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to have needs‑based conversations (Required).
Compensation
Salary range: $51,600.00 – $86,000.00 annually. Short‑term incentive compensation plan subject to individual and company performance.
