We are looking for a strong sales personality to provide financing advice (with a focus on construction financing) on site. Someone who confidently guides people through financing decisions, recognizes opportunities - and turns conversations into successful deals .

Through close cooperation with the local real estate agents, qualified contacts are made on a regular basis. At the same time, you have the freedom to actively build referrals, develop follow-up business and help shape your own pipeline .

Your tasks:

• Personal and needs-based advice to customers on all aspects of construction financing
• Assistance with the entire financing process - from the initial meeting to disbursement
• Preparation of financing offers and comparison of various financing partners
• Close cooperation with the associated real estate agents
• Reliable communication with customers, banks and internal contacts

Your profile:

• Completed training as a bank clerk or a comparable qualification (expertise according to §34i GewO)
• Professional experience in construction financing consulting or credit-related sales
• Enjoyment of consulting, customer contact and long‑term relationships
• Confident, engaging and communicative demeanor
• Ability to explain complex financial topics in an understandable way
• Own initiative, strong closing skills and a good feel for customer needs
• A structured way of working and the ambition to move things forward
• Confident handling of MS Office and relevant IT applications
