Deine Mission bei Voi

Als Fleet Specialist bist Du ein Teil des lokalen Städte-Teams, mit welchem Du auf Scooter-Rettungsmissionen gehst. Auf dem Cargobike (Lastenfahrrad) kennst du die beste Art, sich durch die Stadt zu bewegen und sorgst dafür, dass kein einziger beschädigter Roller auf den Straßen liegt. Dazu zählt unter anderem:

• Austauschen der Akkus

• Ausführung von schnellen Reparaturen der Roller vor Ort

• Kontinuierliche Bewertung und Sicherstellung unserer Einsatzor

Das solltest Du mitbringen

Du bist eine motivierte und energiegeladene Persönlichkeit die nicht davor zurück schreckt mit anzupacken. Des weiteren bringst du mit:

• Die Bereitschaft mit einem Lastenfahrrad zu arbeiten (80% in-field und 20% ins lager)

• Ortskenntnisse und Fahrerfahrung in Hamburg

• Handwerkliches Geschick und eine Passion für mechatronische Themen

• Fähigkeit über mehrere Stunden körperlich zu arbeiten

• Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch oder Deutsch

• Du möchtest in einer Teilzeitstelle (16 Stunden pro Woche) arbeiten

YOUR MISSION AT VOI

As a Fleet Specialist, you are part of the local city team, with whom you go on scooter rescue missions. On the Cargo-bike you know the best way to move through the city and make sure there is not a single damaged scooter on the streets. This includes, among other things:

• Replacing the batteries

• Doing quick repairs and rebalancing of the scooters on the street

• Continuous evaluation and securing of our operational sites

WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK

You are a motivated and energetic personality who is not afraid to pitch in. Furthermore you bring with you:

• The willingness to work on a Cargo-bike (80% in-field and 20% in the warehouse)

• Local knowledge and driving experience in Hamburg

• Ability to work with your hands and a passion for mechatronic topics

• Ability to work physically for several hours

• Fluency in English or German

• You want to work a part-time role (16 hrs per week)
