DE JOB

As floor manager, you are responsible for supporting the brand leader and store manager in motivating your team to provide our customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

We see your store as a community hub for AllSaints fans and customers in your area who shop with us in-store, online, or through partnerships. As Floor Manager, you will support the brand leader and store team in delivering outstanding in-store service. In your role, you will also provide knowledge, leadership, and support to the stylist team members.

The role requires great organizational skills, resilience, enthusiasm and determination to ensure that the customer experience in the store is consistently excellent and that the store represents the AllSaints brand in the most exciting way possible.

Leading the stylist team will take up a significant portion of your time, coaching and supporting team members, motivating them to succeed and achieve sales targets, and providing exceptional service that makes our customers feel great.

WHAT WILL I DO?

  • You will spend most of your day working with our stylist teams in our busy store to ensure that all processes run smoothly and that customers have the best possible experience.
  • You are a competent ambassador for our products and possess the knowledge and ability to inspire both our customers in-store and online, as well as your team.
  • Commercially motivated, you work at a fast pace and ensure that our products are always well presented, that guidelines are followed, and that the best‑sellers are clearly visible to our customers so that they have the best brand experience and feel great when visiting our store.
  • You are responsible for the day‑to‑day operations of the store, and the performance of the team is central to your daily routine. As you further develop your business acumen, you ensure that everything runs smoothly and that your stylists/sales assistants receive the support and training they need.
  • They work with the management team to ensure the business exceeds its goals and KPIs.
  • They proactively manage personnel matters, such as return‑to‑work discussions, contact with the people and culture team on specific issues that may require investigation, performance/attendance management, and reviews.
  • Independently creating and implementing VM floor plans and duty rosters, and preparing the shop for a successful day.

About the location

Our concession in KaDeWe, Berlin has been open since 2014 and usually trades from 10:00am - 20:00pm (subject to seasonal change). Our team loves fashion and styling our clients, and share a common passion for living in the city of Berlin for all of its charm. Fun fact, the KaDeWe store was originally founded in 1907. Store Location . Approximately a 20 minute journey from Berlin Alexanderplatz station.
