Floor Monitor (m/f/d)

We are looking for motivated support for an innovative automation project. In this role, you will work directly on-site, ensuring smooth system operations through manual data collection, basic troubleshooting, and quick response to technical interventions.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as first responder for system interventions and basic fault clearing
• Remove jams, handle exception totes, and support smooth workflow on the floor
• Conduct manual data collection and report abnormalities
• Collaborate with operations and technical teams; participate in required trainings
• Follow defined service-level procedures and operational guidelines

Your Profile

• Experience in logistics, operations, manufacturing, or a technical environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting ability
• Effective communication skills and comfort in fast-paced settings
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage changing priorities
• Able to work both independently and within a team
