Our footwear brand Pammys has grown toover 1 million customers in its first three years and has been named thefastest-growing e-commerce brand in Europe by the Financial Times.

With a team of over 100 people at our locations inKiel, Hamburg, andour own 11,500 m² logistics center in Lensahn, we are building a global footwear brand that redefines style, comfort, and modern aesthetics.

We are currently facing our next major growth phase —with the clear goal of further expanding our market position this year through internationalization and asignificant expansion of our product portfolio.

To achieve this, we are looking for a Footwear Designer (m/f/d) who will accompany theentire design process of our shoes – from the initial idea to concept development andfinal implementation . You will create sketches, 3D models, andprototypes, work closely withdevelopment, marketing, andproduction, andensure that aesthetics, functionality, anduser-friendliness blend perfectly.

Important : We are an office-first company . You will work daily in one of our offices in Hamburg or Kiel and be close to the team, the processes, and the brand.

Your profile

• Good written and spoken German and English skills
• Completed degree ortraining in product design, industrial design, fashion design, or similar
• Creativity and flair for design, shapes, colors, and materials (previous experience an advantage)
• Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills to collaborate closely with development, production, and marketing
• Structured andindependent way of working

Your mission

• Developing innovative product designs – from the initial sketch to the final product
• Co-design andimplementation of designs as part of the significant expansion of our product range this year
• Working closely with development, marketing, and production teams to optimize products
• Researching current design trends and market requirements for continuous improvement
• Creating technical drawings andpresentations
• Support in optimizing existing products in terms of design anduser-friendliness
• Integration of sustainable materials and new design ideas based on trend andmarket analyses
• Coordination and communication with suppliers and production partners toensure quality and feasibility
