Forecasting & Planning Manager (m/f/d)

Job Description

We're looking for you to join the Forecasting & Planning Team, limited for 12 months.

Tasks

• In your role, you'll analyse historical data and develop precise forecasts for our WOW business – covering everything from chat to email
• You’ll make sure we’re perfectly set up with the right capacities for all customer contacts, both in the short and mid‑term
• You prepare complex data in a way that's easy to understand and delivers real value for decision makers
• As a communicative interface, you’ll closely coordinate with Reporting, Operations Control, Vendor Management, Training, Quality and the Customer Base Management Team, ensuring full transparency on all key drivers
• You’ll provide clear insights into resource planning and contact volumes for our Customer Service teams
• With your forward‑thinking approach, you’ll contribute to balancing service quality and operational efficiency
• You’ll actively drive data‑based decisions and continuously shape our forecasting and planning processes

Requirements

• You’ve completed a degree in Business, Mathematics or a comparable field
• You bring several years’ experience – ideally including solid exposure to customer service environments
• A deep understanding of customer service KPIs and operational processes sets you apart
• Turning complex data into clear recommendations is among your strengths
• You’re experienced in SQL, BI tools and bring excellent Excel skills as well as strong analytical capabilities
• Working independently, staying self‑motivated and proactively driving topics forward are a matter of course for you
• Very good German and English skills round off your profile
