We're hiring for a Forward Deployed Engineer role with a fast-growing AI SaaS company in Munich, and it’s one of the more exciting opportunities I’ve worked on this year for someone who wants to combine technical problem-solving, customer ownership, and startup upside.
It’s a role for someone who wants to sit right at the point where AI becomes useful in the real world.

They’re still early enough that your work will matter immediately, but far enough along that there’s real traction behind the story.
The business is around 25 people today , growing quickly post-seed, and aiming to scale hard over the next 12–18 months ahead of a planned Series A . The expectation is that this function will become increasingly important as the company grows, which means this is one of those roles where joining now could put someone in a very strong position later on.

The role
You’d work directly with customers to understand how their teams operate, where friction still exists, and where manual work can be replaced with AI, integrations, and automations.
From there, you’d help design and deploy solutions that make the product genuinely stick inside customer accounts.
