Our diverse team brings together entrepreneurs, healthcare experts and technology innovators with a shared goal: sustainably improving breast cancer screening.More information is available on our website: # Your roleAs a Forward Deployed Engineer Mammography AI (w/m/d) you will work in a central interface role directly with our customers, developers, product managers, AI specialists and the operations team to successfully deploy our product and ensure smooth operation and support.Your main responsibilities include:* Customer go-lives: You manage contact with newly acquired customers (hospitals, radiology practices and screening units) and take responsibility for the technical setup — from the initial requirements analysis and technical integration through go-live to customer support.* Support management: You are part of our Operations team and the point of contact for the radiologists using our product and their IT staff (we use Freshdesk together with Asana and Slack).
