Tasks As a Founder Associate, you'll be closely working with the Weflow founding team on go-to-market projects - including product marketing, messaging & positioning, content marketing, paid, social, and outbound - to drive pipeline. This role is designed for future founders planning to start a SaaS company and aiming to become a world-class go-to-market founder. Requirements Excellent academic background in economics, business administration, business informatics, industrial engineering, computer science or related field You are pro-active and ambitious, armed with good communication skills and a passion to change the world! Strong analytical and communication skills as well as hands-on mentality - only the implementation satisfies you Being a flexible generalist and solution-oriented pragmatic as well as proficiency with Excel, Powerpoint and curiosity for new technologies First experience in highly competitive environments such as a high-growth start-up, management consulting, investment banking, or venture capital is a plus Experience in different areas of B2B SaaS marketing such a paid, social, content, or GTM engineering.
