As a Founders Associate in the CTO Office, you’ll work hands‑on with Core and Product Engineering teams to turn strategic technical decisions into action and help scale the engineering organization.

What You'll Do

• Assist the CTO with strategic projects and high‑impact technical decisions.
• Support engineering and product initiatives, helping define architecture, processes, and workflows that enable scalable delivery.
• Contribute to the optimization of internal technical processes, making engineering faster, more efficient, and more impactful.
• Collaborate closely with Core, Product, and Infrastructure teams to align cross‑functional technical efforts.
• Take ownership of projects end‑to‑end, ensuring they move from planning to measurable outcomes.
