Founders Associate Intern (Business) - 2-6 months for MBA/business students

Blindleister is a Berlin-based energy-tech startup building software solutions for the future power grid. Its software enables wind, solar, and battery parks to market their reactive power for the first time and, in doing so, actively stabilize the electricity grid.

Reactive power plays a crucial role in maintaining grid stability. As conventional power plants are phased out, system stability increasingly depends on renewable assets providing reactive power. We make this transition possible at scale.

As Founders Associate (Intern) , you will act as high right hand to help Niklas, our business co-founder and MD, to scale all critical parts of the business. This role is ideal if you are a high-performing student or recent graduate who wants to work directly with a founder instead of in a large hierarchy, and who is willing to take ownership from day one.

Aufgaben

Your Responsibilities

You will work on high-leverage projects rather than a narrow functional box.

• Work directly with our MD on all business-related topics like company building, finance, processes and hiring.
• Expand and optimize sales structures with asset operators and owners.
• Design and implement scalable internal processes.
• Take full ownership of at least one “signature project” and drive it end-to-end.
• ...and contribute your own ideas on what we can improve upon and the shape of your role.

Qualifikation

Your profile

• Ongoing or completed studies in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a similar field
• Strong interest in technology, sustainability, or renewable energy
• Motivation to help build a scalable company and introduce a completely new solution to the energy market
• High level of reliability and independence, especially switching between different roles
• Excellent communication skills in German and/or English, both spoken and written
• 0–3 years of experience in high-performance environments, e.g. in a startup or consulting environment
