Your Role

• As a Founders Associate , you will work closely with the founders and leadership team on strategic and operational initiatives across the company.

• The scope of responsibilities ranges from strategy and hiring to operations, marketing, and internal process improvements. You will help identify bottlenecks, drive projects forward, and support the scaling of the organization.

• This is a high‑impact internship based in Munich that requires a hands‑on mentality, strong drive, and a willingness to take ownership early.

Your Responsibilities

• Work directly with the Founder‑Team on strategic and operational projects across departments

• Support hiring processes and help build the organization through key hires

• Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to improve internal processes

• Drive initiatives across operations, marketing, GTM, and investor topics

• Help design and implement structures required to scale the company

Your Profile

• Student or recent graduate (Bachelor/Master) in business, economics, engineering, computer science, or similar

• Strong motivation to learn how companies are built and scaled

• Highly driven, analytical, and proactive

• Comfortable operating with ownership and autonomy

• Available to work full‑time in Munich
