Founders' Associate Intern — Growth Ops & Finance (Remote)

As a Founders’ Associate Intern, you will work closely with the co-founders to develop our business as well as our financial model.

Your mission

As a Founders’ Associate Intern, you will work closely with the co-founders to make OMNIPEAK’S operations scalable and further develop our business as well as our financial model. You will work in a dynamic environment and play a key role in our go-to-market strategies, laying the foundation for further growth at OMNIPEAK. Additionally, you will be directly involved in preparing for future financing rounds and the associated due diligence.

• Work in the co-CEO Office: You will work closely with our co-CEOs and assist with various operational tasks and projects, gaining comprehensive insight into company management
• Implementation of operations workflows and automation: You will assist in implementing workflows for our marketing and sales processes, aiming to automate them as much as possible
• Further development of our business and our financial model: You will assist in the development of our business and financial models, which will model our future financial and revenue forecasts, as well as OMNIPEAK’s capital requirements for future financing rounds
• Due diligence support: You will support our co-founders and team leaders in calculating various metrics and conducting analyses for due diligence in potential financing rounds
• You are motivated to build something new from the ground up and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves
• You are an analytical and detail-oriented person
• You have knowledge in financial modeling, excel proficiency, and a keen eye for detail
• You have previous experience in a dynamic environment, such as consulting, finance, VC, or the startup field
• You quickly grasp concepts and can quickly familiarize yourself with new topics, such as Generative AI
• You have strong communication skills in writing and in person, both in German and in English
