In this role, you’ll work directly with the Business Development Team, gaining deep insights into the strategic and operational steering of a fast-growing tech company. You’ll take ownership of your own projects and contribute to high-impact topics across departments.

What you will do:

• Assisting in the development and implementation of the company’s strategy, including market analysis, business model development, and long-term planning.
• Coordinating and managing key projects, often with the aim of improving efficiency, optimizing resources, and monitoring goal achievement.
• Assisting in daily operations, including process optimization and the implementation of operational standards.
• Supporting financial planning, budgeting, and analyzing financial performance indicators.
• Assisting in communications with investors, partners, and other stakeholders, including preparing presentations, reports, and update meetings.
• Market Research and Analysis: Conducting market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and potential risks. Analyzing competitors and market dynamics.

What you will need:

• Currently enrolled in or have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally with experience gained through 1-2 relevant internships.
• Demonstrated strong analytical and conceptual thinking and excel skills, along with effective communication abilities.
• Proficiency in both German and English, with excellent verbal and written skills.
• A keen interest in the latest technologies and the startup ecosystem.
• A high level of motivation, empathy, and a desire to be part of a dynamic team.
• Availability for a full-time internship of at least 6 months is required. A transition into a working student position or a permanent role is possible afterwards.
