Founders Associate Intern - Special Projects (m/f/d)

Please note that for this role, C2 German proficiency is required. This is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Berlin.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate directly with the co‑founders and senior team on new digital SaaS products.
• Working hands on to gather informations from the customers and our market.
• Build dashboards and analyze performance data and product usage to uncover trends, bottlenecks, and growth opportunities.
• Help improve cross‑team alignment – e.g. by creating playbooks, or coordinating knowledge‑sharing between departments.

• Fluent in English, with C2 level in German.
• Experience in a startup environment.

• Available for a 4‑6 month internship in our Berlin office.
